Nickelodeon UK is a British pay television network, solely focussed on kids programmes. They are world-renowned for shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, and Rugrats; as well as their infamous slime!

Nickelodeon UK were creating the most ultimate, best ever, music concert and festival for kids – Slimefest! I was challenged to create the branding and promotion for the two day long festival. This included two concert venues (one indoor and one outdoor), games and sideshows, craft centres, Nickelodeon characters, and a whole load of slime. Working within the Nickelodeon brand guidelines, I created stage branding for two stages, along with banners, signage, outdoor billboards, newspaper ads, and digital advertisements. The branding was based around slime (of course,) along with technology, emoticons and general silliness – all the things that kids love.

The festival was a huge success. 5,000 kids and parents got slimed at the concerts, with over 12,000 people taking part in the festival activities.
