My superpower is to see the big picture
In a crowded marketplace, the riskiest thing you can do is play it safe. You need to stand out. That doesn’t mean garish colours and and huge fonts. It definitely (and I mean definitely) doesn’t mean multiple exclamation marks. It means researching your competitors, and positioning your brand in a way that makes it stand out. My job is to help you communicate your story, reach your targets, and build your brand.
“Why is branding so important?” I hear you ask
An exceptional brand is so much more than just a logo. It’s something that people will trust and engage with. It is the DNA of a business and needs to resonate throughout everything that you do. From your stationery, to your customer experience, to your website, to how you answer the phone. All of these aspects come together to create a single impression. And curating that, my friend, is branding.
That’s where I come in. I can help you craft your brand and position it where it needs to be. Also, I’m great at coming up with ideas, simplifying complex information, and making things look darn-pretty.
A little bit more about me
I’m Jessica – freelance graphic designer and branding consultant. My career began in Australia, working in advertising and branding. I made the leap across the pond to old London Town in 2010, where I stayed for eight years – working in agency land for clients such as Heineken, Strongbow, Nickelodeon and Heinz. Eventually the lure of sunny skies and Tim Tams was too much and I returned to the land of Oz, settling in lovely Perth, Western Australia. I have worked on projects of all sizes, from large corporates to small startups. With my extensive agency experience, I offer agency–quality branding and graphic design without the large overheads. I offer a strategic approach, and see every project as an opportunity to find out what’s unique about a client. I have worked in a huge variety of sectors, from beer, to museums, to cartoon TV networks.
What can you do?
I’m a full-service, integrated design agency, which means I can do most things. From printed media, to digital media, to packaging and web design (UX and UI for all those who didn’t ask!) I’ve even designed a hot air balloon. Got a weird and wonderful project? Just ask.
So, how does this all work?
Every graphic design agency has a unique process, however one size doesn’t fit all. I tailor mine according to the requirements and scale of each project. I work with each client according to their needs, to create an efficient and bespoke process for them.
That’s it. Let’s work together – it will be great.
